I rentend points for my vacations and figured I'd just have the extra points. $10.00 per is dirt cheap and you get exactly what you want. Of course I understand, money can be tight sometimes, good luck !!

On a side note, I may still rent points if the price is right and I can get something interesting. I'll look at OUR points as a the FUN SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

Good luck getting it all done in 2weeks. If you can't get what resort you want to stay at this time, remember you will be going back again and again. You will get it right someday, and it will be all Gooood.

So find someone with points available at $10 per point and rent what you want today. When your points become available get with one of the brokers and have them rent your points out for you. A couple of them pay you $10 a point and it essentially becomes a wash but you have the accommodations you want for your trip.

If your points are just entering the seven month window you should have no trouble getting one of the brokers to rent them for you.

I'm right there with you, my window is this week. The title company got my paperwork and check yesterday (early, it wasn't due to arrive until Monday) she said they're just waiting for the seller now.
