7 month window question-Help!!

Hi,

I am wanting to make a reservation for OKW 1 bedrm at the 7 month booking window for May next year.

I want to book from May 3rd 2009 for 12 nights, checking out on May 15th. Could anyone tell me what date in October this year I can make my reservation?
I am conpletely confused.

You can call on October 3, 2008 and book the first 7 nights. On October 10, 2008 you can call and book the last 5 nights.

Getting a 1 bedroom for May at OKW will not be a problem if you call at 7 months. Try not to worry about it.

Technically, you could call on October 3 for the first 7 nights. Then you could call on October 4 and add the night of 5/10, Then you could call on October 5 and add the night of 5/11, and so on each day until you have all your nights. This method of booking longer stays is just not necessary for a 1 bedroom at OKW for a May vacation and would be a waste of your time. That's why I gave you the "normal" method above. I'd only use it for a May vacation at OKW if I wanted a Grand Villa.

Actually I think October 14 if you are checking out October 15 because that would be your last night.

The booking rule is you can book up to 7 nights when you call 7 months prior to your desired arrival.

So if your check out date will be Friday, May 15, 2009 and you only wanted to make one call, the soonest you could call to book all 12 nights would be October 8, 2008.

On October 8, you could book 7 nights - check in 5/8 and out on 5/15. And of course you could also book the first 5 nights at that same time because the window for them is already open.

I will call on October 8th to book all 12 nights.

You will not have a problem at all if you are booking OKW for May. You could probably make the reservation 3 months out and you would still get it for that resort during that time (but the sooner the better).
