7 month change Q

I know that I can book/transfer resorts for a non home resort at 7 months. I know that I need to be on it right when they open. So MS opens at 9am EST, and that online res (which I want to do) opens at 8am. But my main question is that is online open time is 8am EST? Or MST? PST?

I'm on the west coast, so I am thinking I need to get up at 4:50am to make the change at 5am which = 8am EST.

I will need to drop my current res at SSR first around 4:57 and then fill out all my info and "book" it at 5am. Right?

I'd book first and then cancel.. You're looking at F&W, so it's already pretty tight everywhere. That being said, I believe online res is EST as well.

I changed resorts today. I called and got through to MS at about 9:30. Changing from Saratoga to BLT. Had no problem. They checked availablity and a few minutes later, done. If you get on the phone first thing, hopefully you have no trouble! It was much easier then I thought it would be!

Thanks for your help all, I was able to cancel and rebook at AKL!!!
