7 month booking window opinion.

I'm planning a BCV add on and am trying to determine how many points to spring for.What we would like to do is have enough points for a once a yr trip during the F&W festival - 106 for a studio - but with two boys in college thats not an option. One option is to buy 71 pts and with banking be able to spend 2 out of 3 yrs in BCV and gamble on 7 month window for the 3rd yr, either at BCV or BWV. My last option is the cheapest and purpose of this thread. Buy 60 points for the 5 weekdays.At 11 month book weekend at OKW-home - and 5 weekdays at BCV. At the 7 month window swap the weekend over to BCV. Are the weekends any easier to book at 7 months then weekdays ? Thanks in advance for your help.

Believe it highly likely that you should be able to add weekend nights (Fri or Sat) at 7 months. We have done it at BWV four times in the past during busy seasons including once adding the day before Easter (and we actually did that at 4 months out and for Easter all weekday times had been gone well before the 7 month window began). BWV has otherwise been the hardest of the group to get at 7 months out and thus I suspect it also is very easy at other resorts to get weekend nights. Of course if they someday change the point structure to make weekdays higher and weekends lower that would obviously change the situation.
