7 month availability at old key or Saratoga

I see alot of members saying old key and Saratoga are not hard to get 7 months out. Is there certain months that seem to be harder to get a 1 bedroom at 7 months out for these resorts or is a 1 bedroom available most of the time throughout the year?

First week in December, and sometimes Marathon/Half Marathon. But that's really about it. They're both huge resorts, and 1BR is the least popular unit size to book.
