If you can do splash then you can do mine train. It is very smooth, where as BTM really is a bit bumpy. It is really short and if it helps your motivation my DD4 rode it, but then again she also did everest, Space and BTM and if she was allowed she would have done RnR. She was fearless, i would have never ridden what she did when i was her age.

There are only a few coasters I actually enjoy and SDMT is one of them. It is shorter and smoother than BTMR. It sounds like you would like to give it a try. We are all rooting for you. These kind of decisions can be agonizing. I had to summon up my courage to get on SDMT and I'm glad I did. I am sure you will make the right decision for your circumstances. I still haven't made it on a few rides... baby steps.

I would actually characterize 7DMT as a pleasant coaster. So pleasant, in fact, I would never do it without a FP; wouldn’t consider it worth the wait. And it’s over pretty quickly.

I can understand the tight fit. It was tight for me and my size 7 1/2 feet were squeezed in
