Here are reviews from our trip last week. Sorry I didn't take pictures.
Table Service:
Biergarten - We really loved the food. Good hearty German food. And the entertainment is a lot of fun. We didn't have a problem with the family style setting. Met a nice couple during dinner.
Spoodles - Service was really good, food ok. For appetizers we got the calamari and cheese flatbread. The calamari was good but we didn't really care for the flat bread. I got the steak cabobs and DH got the lemon shrimp. Nothing to write home about. We both got the ice cream sundaes and those were fine.
Maya Grill - Resort is pretty but felt like a business dinner. Didn't have that Disney feel. DH got the shrimp and I got the chicken roll appetizer. Both were pretty good. We both got the filets. Order them medium rare. We both orderered medium and they were cooked all the way through. We didn't get dessert here as we were stuffed!
Crystal Palace - Last year we had breakfast so wanted to try dinner here. We really enjoyed everything on the buffet. I would go back here again.
Coral Reef - I was worried about this one with all of the negative reviews but it was definitely our favorite of the week. We both got shrimp appetizers. YUM! I got the NY strip and DH got Shrimp Pasta. The steak was cooked perfect and the pasta was really good as well. For dessert I got the creme brule and DH got the chocolate wave. Those were yummy as well.
Ohana - We love visting the Polynesian. This was our first time at Ohana. Food was really good but entirely way TOO much. They really need to cut back the portions. I was stuffed before we even got to the meat. And the salad is wonderful. I could have eaten the entire bowl myself
Chef Mickey's - This was first for us so we decided to do breakfast here. The food was ok. I prefer the breakfast at Crystal Palace. We might try dinner here next time but we won't go back for breakfast. This was OOP for us and to be honest not worth the money.
Counter Service:
Roaring Forks - Since we were staying at the Wilderness Lodge we figured might as well try the counter service here. The food was pretty good. One lunch we had the chicken fingers and another we had the flatbread pizza. Both were very good.
Cosmic Rays - We really like this place. Lots of options. I just got a burger and DH got BBQ pork sandwich.
Pinnochio's Village Haus - Got the pizza. Standard fare.
Pizzafari - DH got the Italian Sandwich and I got the chicken parm sandwich. Both were fine. We would have eaten at Flame Tree if it wasn't so hot outside that day. I wish Disney didn't close Tusker House. I loved that place.
Sunshine Seasons - I got the ceasar salad and DH got the ham sandwich. Good food!
