7 days in Orlando, what to do?

I have 7 days in Orlando in Mar 13-19 with a 5 day Hopper Plus Pass. We thought we go to Disney sites from M-F, to avoid crowds. On the weekend, we thought, we could go to Seaworld, or perhaps the Disney Quest, or gatorland. Feeling we won't go to Universal, as we can go to MGM in the week. Two boys, 10 and 7, suggestions would be welcomed. TIA!

My son was 10 yrs. old last year when we went to DQ for the first time. He absolutely LOVED it! He wanted to go back everyday while we were at WDW and this year, the first thing he wants to do when we arrive at POP is go to DQ. He still talks about how much fun he had there. You could make a day of it there because you can get your hand stamped, go to DTD and shop, then go back to DQ. It was well worth the money and was very entertaining to my arcade loving child!

If you can work it out, go to SeaWorld before going to Disney parks. We have been twice. Its a little more laidback than Disney. Get there early so you can time the shows just right. Some are only twice a day but all are great to see. Your kids may get a little bored with it if you go after being in Disney parks first.
