7 Day Tickets?

I believe I know the answer, but wanted to check with the experts here to be sure I'm not overlooking something...

Is there a 7-day DL ticket available anywhere? We'll be going between XMAS & New Years and then upgrading to Deluxe AP's for a couple of trips later in 2010, but there are 7 blockout days for the time we're there and all we can find are 6 day tickets. Our specific dates are Dec 27 - Jan 4. Dec 27 - Jan 2 are blockout days for Deluxe AP - so 7 days.

Jan 2 is our trouble day... We're staying at HoJo, and I think we'll just not go to parks that day and visit the Disney hotels and Downtown Disney.

Another option is to use some leftover non-expiring days from some WDW passes we have. We did this a few years ago for a day that would have been a blockout day, and I assume it can still be done just by taking the WDW ticket to the gate and then waiting off to the side while they call someone to take it away and deduct a day and then they give us a 1 day DL ticket.

I don't think we'd purchase a blockout day ticket because the value of our non-expiring WDW day would be less than the blockout day ticket, which I believe is now $40.

And we won't be going on enough blockout days later in the year to make it worth paying for the Premium AP which is $140 more than the Deluxe. I'd guess that we'd be potentially needing admission for 3 blockout days later in the year, and our WDW days are valued at about $25 each, so we're better off just using those.

Am I overlooking any options? Does a 7 day DL ticket exist anywhere at any price? I think we're in the minority in that we can easily spend 8 or 9 days just at the 2 DLR parks! :confused3

We have bought 7 and 8 day passes to DL through getawaytoday.com I don't see it listed now, but you might call them. It seems like adding a 7th day was just $10 a ticket extra and the 8 day was the same as an 8 day. I'll be curious to see what you find out- we are going this summer and planned on getting a 7 or 8 day pass.

flightcenter.ca has 7 day hoppers...they are canadian..but I have heard US residents can buy from them...I don't know this for sure since I live in Canada though....

When we went in May...I was actually able to get 8 day hoppers but I just looked and now they only have up to 7 day hoppers

Funny, I bought our 7 day pass at flightcentre yesterday. I actually went into an office to get it but you can get it online as mentioned (the 8 day passes are the same price as the 7 day) and the 7 day pass is only a few dollars more than the 5 day. It's cheaper then getting it from disney's website as flightcentre is in Canadian dollars. I believe they actually have an office near Disneyland.
I was told that it was only for Canadian residents but you could always go on line and try. You print them off at home and exchange them at the ticket booths at DLR.
