Hello,

I a traveling Sept 7 to 13. Arrival on the 7th about noon, departure the 13 6 pm.

I am trying to figure out best way to use park passes (no park hoppers) with the extended hours and activities.

I will be with husband and children ages 10 to 19 (5 of them). Husband and I thought 2 days MK, 2 Epcot, 1 Hollywood and 1 Animal and then just see for the last.

However, talking to a few family members and friends, they said they would do 3 MK, 1 Epcot, 2 AK and 1 Hollywood.

So It is making Advanced Dining difficult to make. I would just like your suggestions on what you would do if you were me.

How would you use your passes.

Everyone is different, but we would do 2 days at EPCOT. It is just really large, and we like to do more than just ride the rides. We spend quite a bit of time in the World Showcase.

Also, they have a really nice variety of food options. We usually have park hoppers, but we have been known to go to say AK in the morning, and have dinner at EP.

You should take a look at the attractions available at each park, then decide what your family would enjoy most. Also, take a look at the crowd calendars on easywdw.com. That may help you decide where to go and on which days.

Have a great trip!

Again, everyone is different. I would never consider AK for 2 days. That's the one park we skip if we have a short trip. We feel it is totally manageable in a day - though we never felt the need to see Lion King and Nemo in the same day.
It depends what your family enjoys most. Is it thrill rides? Shows? Characters?
For my family with 7 days - we would do 1 AK, 2 Epcot, 2 MK, 1 HS. I would save one day so if along the way I want another day at a park, we would do it. As manageable as HS is in a day, we often end up there 2 days because we love the rides.
Dd is 12 and still loves characters so we often add a park based on that or a character meal based on that.

Thanks all so far has been very helpful. We are trying to keep it a surprise for the children so planning will be with out them.

I know that they will love the rides, so if there are more of that available at HS then I will do that vs. AK.

Thanks for the suggestions and by all means, anyone else want to put in input feel free....

I agree with your original plan. You might want 3 days MK with little kids, but with older ones I think this plan works well! The other advantage of 2 days at Epcot is it has the most variety for dining--I would have a hard time narrowing down my restaurant choices there to only one day's worth.
