7 adults seeking accomd.....please help

Hello,
we are 7 good friends (ages 22-26) and planing a Disney trip in '09. the suites at Disney only hold max 6 adults, no rollaways allowed. we are all on a modest budget, and suggestions as to where we would be able to stay on the resort would be much appreciated.

I would suggest a value or moderate resort - 2 rooms and you can request connecting rooms. Closer to time for you visit be sure to watch for any discount codes that may come out. We often travel with 5 in our group and 2 rooms at a value resort are usually less expensive than a suite. Have a great trip!!

We got 2 connecting rooms at Pop last summer for our party of 7. Party consisted of 6 "adult" size people and one 11yo. It worked well for us.

We are a family of 4, me, DH, DS-14, & DD-17. It was definitely cheaper to book 2 Connecting roomes at ASMu than to book the family suite. If you are on a budget, this is a good option!

A two bedroom villa at the Beach Club Villas, Boardwalk Villas, Wilderness Lodge Villas, Saratoga or Old Key West. I believe they have two bedrooms, a king bed, two queens and a sofa bed in them.

A 2bedroom villa would suit you just fine and split 7 ways its downright affordable. With your party, I'd probably try for the Boardwalk or SSR.

I am not sure what you mean by "modest" budget, but a 2BR villa will run $600-900 per night, depending on when you are going (Value, Regular, or Peak season), plus people will end up sleeping on pull out sleeper sofas...might not be the most ideal situation.

I'd pick WL. It's the cheapest deluxe, standard rooms hold 4 (2 queen beds). If you're all cool with sharing beds, you can get 2 std rooms at WL for a relatively good price.

The BWV two bedroom villa would be a lockoff villa (that means it could be separated into one studio and one one-bedroom villa). It would have one king sized bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom and one queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Only OKW would be guaranteed to have one king, two queens and one queen sleeper sofa.

I would try to rent points from someone and get a 2BR villa.....preferably at
OKW....much bigger.
Or even 2 studios....each room has 2queen beds.(OKW)

Just a reminder: connecting rooms can be requested, but it is not a reservable category (or guaranteed, despite what might be printed on one's confirmation).

Well, if they're on a budget...they should definitely look at two studios vs. a 2 bdrm unit. Also, if you can avoid staying on a Friday or Saturday night, that will save a ton of money as well.
