We have 7 a.m. ADR's for Chef Mickey's and I was wondering how in the world we are going to get there. There are nine of us and we will be using Disney buses but do the buses run early enough so that we can get there at 7 a.m.? Anyone else have this first seating at Chef Mickey's and used the bus? How did it work? We are staying at Pop if that matters at all. Thanks in advance for any help!

As far as I know (someone correct me if I am wrong) the buses begin running at 7 AM. Your best bet would be to take a cab.
Have fun!

When we stayed at pop, the breakfast bus showed up around 720am. I would take a cab. It will be about $15.

I would probably take a cab too- but i was told that buses begin running at 6:30AM. That being said- it won't take u directly there. Cab is your best bet- and if you need a car seat be sure to ask when u call :-)

They do have an early bus for breakfast, but I'm not sure what time it starts. As others said, you probably won't go directly to Chef Mickey's. I too would take a taxi. They are usually all over the place at the resorts. If it were us though, we'd get to bell services (or front desk if bell services isn't open yet) around 6:30 and ask for a taxi. Taxis are pretty prompt when summoned.

Have a great trip!

As other posters have said spend for the taxi...i know you can get a van....have the hotel call, even ask the night before so that you can get a van for your group if you can. Have fun

We have done this on many occasions!! On all occasions...we have told the people at the desk that we have an early reservation....the bus was at the resort early....and they even dropped us off right at the Contemporary!! We have stayed at a bunch of different resorts...and on every trip...we have had a 7am Chef Mickeys Reservation....and made it there with about 10mins to spare!! So just mention it to the desk...and the bus driver...sending you some pixie dust!!

We had a 7:20 CHef Mickey ADR and took a taxi from ASMo. With tip, it was $20.

Although it was rough getting up and out that early, it was a great ADR time- we ate (not rushed at all) and then had time for a quick monorail ride for DS and then were at MK in plenty of time for the opening show.

Enjoy!

We had reservations @ CM for 7:15am 2 weeks ago. We asked for a cab and it was there in less than 5 minutes. It was less than a 15 minute ride to get there and only cost $12.65 from Port Orleans Riverside.it was so nice not to stop at all the pick/drop offs.

Friends of ours had a 7 am reservation last Thanksgiving and the bus driver took them directly to Contemporary instead of taking them to MK for the monorail. Maybe you can ask the same if no one else is on board or ask if everyone is going to the same place.
