7/3 7/4 Panic is setting in - Advice please

I hope it works out for you! The 3rd and 4th of July fireworks at MK are awesome!
Epcot only has done the special ones on the 4th.
We go every year that we can!

I'm with you on the panic! This is our first time at WDW during the 4th (and first time in the middle of summer), and I keep going over our plans and rethinking them. I'm also hoping for the desert party, but I'm not holding my breath for it. Did they have it last year?

I've also been hoping to book a dessert party for 7/3. I searched through the board and found people who went to parties on 7/3 and 7/4 last year. Not sure why they aren't offering them this time. I'm starting to lose hope.

My husband just mentioned on Sunday that he wanted to see the MK 3rd of July fireworks from a boat, and we booked a pontoon boat that will leave from the Contemporary. They raise the price for the 3rd, but its even more for the 4th.

We have 4 adults, the boat seats 8. With tip cost is $80 per person. I have posted on the Theme park Community board and DVC to see if any Disboard folks care to join us.

We have shared boats before, either ones we have booked, or with others who had booked the boat and were looking for passengers

There are snacks aboard like, pop, water and chips.

I had asked and music is piped in. There is no wheelchair access. Everyone has to be able to board n their own.

Thats when we are hoping to book too! It's my birthday, and I told DH that I didn't want to fight for a spot to watch the fireworks. I'm hoping they are just delaying releasing them a bit.
