I d agree with you it is special. We also figured we either go to WDW or on DCL every year. At least this way it will be paid for and all we have to do is air and car rental.

There are many different costs. It goes by points. The lowest one is 150 and it is about 15,000. With a monthy fee around 56.00. The 56.00 is for taxes, etc. You best bet would be to contact DVC. Hope this helps.
