Just thought I'd post of picture of Mike and his beautiful wife - Linda - as I said - they are FANTASTIC people - always with smiles on their faces - you'd wish them for your neighbor anytime!

Here they are on Castaway Cay making their way after the ceremony - folks - it was unbelievably hot that day. I'm not sure how Mike didn't pass out - for that matter - Linda too. I love this picture. All colorgul and all

Seems like a really fun bunch just haven't figured out what kind of bunch.

Yes, most of us only sailed once together, but we planned our trip together for about a year, a few of us sailed a couple of times.........but we really need some new blood in this group..............jump on in.........all opinions are valued!! The last time we sailed, the tag fairy LOVED us and we got a lot of tags. I hope that happens again!

Well...

... last night I bought the Pinnacle Ultimate suite v12 for $99 reduced from $129 at Best Buy - but this morning my buddy pointed out I could get the Pinnacle Studio Plus v12 for almost nothing ($65 plus tax adjusted by $65 rebate with competitive upgrade). I pay for tax plus whatever it costs me to get an old copy of a competitors' application... in my case I just got it off ebay for $4.50. I have yet to install and try it though. We've got a cruise to embark on this weekend and today and tomorrow we have soccer practice - plus games on saturday before we embark. Well, actually... we have to skip one ga,e saturday afternoon as it's impossible for us to make the ship if we attended that game.

Anyways - back to Studio Plus v12... as I understand it Pinnicale should offer me an upgrade path to the Ultimate suite for about $29... if i decide I want it. For now though I'm just getting started.... so I think it will be OK to just goof around with the core application for a while. I'll be returning the Ultimate suite to best buy later tonight...


OK... I gotta run now - gotta get food for the kids and pick them up to run over to the field for soccer practice at 5PM...

Thanks for the heads up. I've been looking for an editing program that can handle the Sony AVHCD format, and it looks like this does it - and the price is right.
