It is to do with 'acceptance' of currency, ie for some countires in Asia they will take £50's notes in a crisp condition, but no other note. It can be passed around avoiding the Banks in that condition.

So if they want to pass on to suppliers, or to their Bank they do not want any chance of refusal. As you have 'gone'.

The earliest is March 20th which gives you at least 2 months to figure it out!

As someone who has cruised 4 times, I stand by my answer of April 19. This is copied right from the DCL site after I logged into my cruise.
