We seem ok, we have had lots of rain the last two years, so we 'can' have a long hot summer withot issues, and its predicted as that, thank god as lots of people will stay in the UK this year re the exchange rate.

Wow -- I really like having seasons but with the frigid weather we have now and the winter we have had, that sounds pretty good right now Of course in less than 2 weeks we leave for WDW

We are running away to WDW end of the month - going for my birthday

Our school system has used up all of their snow days and they have 2 days to make up at the end of the year - not sure how this effects the seniors though - time will tell - of course depends on if they have any more closings

It was POURING a few minutes ago. With quite a light show too. One of the truck drivers just said the lighting hit a field on the other side of the freeway about a mile or so from where I work.

While it is not unusual for us to get precipitation here in the Puget Sound area of the Pacific Northwest, we do not usually get it quickly. We might have measurable rainfall for 6 out of 7 days and only accumulate a half inch.
