However I can relate to cleaning up the mess after my tenants drag them out after New Years!You have to clean the hallways almost daily the first 2 weeks in January!

Then there was one guy who didnt take his tree out untill February it was like it snowed Pine needles!![]()
The needles are the reason I don't like having a real tree, they are a HUGE mess for months.
Couldn't imagine having to clean hallways for weeks to get rid of them.

I'm slowly getting all right with the idea. Since we are leaving for WDW the day after Christmas (evening flight), I didn't want to be busy packing AND taking the tree down that day. It's important to me to have a tree and VERY important to Kathryn. So fake it will be this year. I don't know if we'll keep having a fake one every year, we'll see. I'm slowly warming up to the idea.
He missed a great chance for a wax job!
