Well it's been a really quiet day in here today ...... everyone must be really busy

Up at 4:00AM, listened to the darned alarm clock go off periodically till I left at 5:00...
Work itself is steady. Putting new parts away, getting other parts and stuff for people, almost time for my every day 8:10 meeting. Nothing too exciting to note today.

What.....no Cadbury chocolate bars in the pic?!? I see Cadbury hot chocolate packets but that's not the same. I also see a Galaxy bar - yuck.

Up a little before 7:00 to get DD up and out the door to the bus. Got DH out the door to his chiro. appt. and the dreaded Lowe's yay: at least I didn't have to go there). When he got home I've been listening to him hammer and ^%#&(^$ when he hit his thumb. In between all this I've been checking emails and picking things up around the house. Now to figure out what to have for lunch and dinner.

Sorry, it was a quick search for a picture! I wanted something assorted! I'll be more careful in the future!

GOOG MORNING BALLYHOOERS!!!

Will someone please tell me why my DH keeps hitting the snooze button on his radio/alarm? He sets it for me to get up in the morning at 4:00am (even though I have my own alarm) and then instead of turning it off, he hits snooze. So it's been going off every 7 minutes or so for the last 45 minutes. I'm at the other end of the house and can hear it. Wouldn't you rather not have it go off and go back to sleep?

Maybe he has the wrong alarm clock. This one has a nasty habit of having shorter and shorter snooze times until you finally have to get up.

So far, so good. It was my first real day of my clinical inpatient rotation. (Yesterday was orientation.) We had to present our first patient cases today already, but all 3 of us on this rotation did pretty well. There were some minor things that we each missed, but our preceptor was really good and showed us what we should be looking for when we check the charts, computers, and talk to the nurses. Hopefully the next 5 weeks will go smoothly.

Tnight may go downhill. I'm taking all 3 kids for their flu shots tonight. Wish me luck!

At one point Dove did make the , so she was right.

I will eat Dove dark chocolate, but it's not like a Cadbury Bourneville bar.
