Oh look, how sweet, Robert is worrying about me! I think that's very sisterhoodicious! What do you think girls? :rotfl2:

There's a right and wrong way?

I knew we'd wear him down and he'd come round in the end :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

and there is no right or wrong way to eat a creme egg ....it's a very personal decision ;) ;) ;)

They are very yummy indeed .....so much so that I ration myself to just 1 per year

Wow, such restraint. When I order the 'good' ones, DH will ration them. Too bad they aren't still available in the summer, we'll have to get you to stock on some for him to bring to the ship. :thumbsup2 You will be his bestest friend ever. :thumbsup2

I try to remember that come next Easter :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

The ones made here are nasty, they are made with American chocolate and the center is way too sweet. Now the English ones are mighty tasty and I will actually eat them.

I do not Know, the Cadbury eggs I get are filled with White Cream & a yellow cream yolk just like a real egg!:thumbsup2

The Chocolate taste like the regular Cadbury chocolate that you get in the USA!:thumbsup2

Now I have had chocolate in France Switzerland & those gold ones in Italy before you could get them in Epcot & I am pretty sure the Cadbury Easter eggs that I eat are YUMMY!:thumbsup2

Same here. I have to run back out to go to work at the pharmacy tonight. At least it's only a 4 hour shift. I'm studying for a test tomorrow. I only need to score 70% to pass, but I usually set pretty high standards for myself, and 70% just wouldn't be acceptable. Of course, if I don't get my rear in gear and start studying, I just may be praying to get a 70!

Hey Guys,

Need your help, got an idea yesterday. You all know that I sponsor 2 soldiers right? Well, I've been in a state because I recently had some packages returned. My first thought was that something had happened. I haven't heard from any since before May but I plod along as usual assuming they get the packages as they have never returned.

So last Monday, one package came back. Finally heard from on organization and they reassigned me to another. The other organization does not have anyone right now but DESPARATELY needs help for some wounded soldiers at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center I believe in Germany?????

Anyway, they are trying to fullfill a request from the Chaplain over there -they want to hand out 500 Christmas Stockings and she only has 30 pledges right now. I believe with the economy being the way it is - she may not get this request filled. I, myself, am committed to 3 and I thought - what better way than my DIS family to try and help.

So, here is what is needed. This is a one time project and much simpler to committ to than a one year writing committment. All that is required is stocking with some of the following items in it to be mailed before Thanksgiving and if using priority mail - by December 1st. HOWEVER, even if you miss that deadline, please mail it. The organization likes to hand out the stocking to wounded soldiers around Thanksgiving. Last year this lady orgainzed 1000 stockings.

SO, if anyone is interested, please PM me and I will give you more details on what to buy and who to write too to get the address. You all know for security reasons I will not post here but it is of vital importantace that we help our wounded if we can. Also, don't feel like you can't help if you can't sew - I am DEFINITELY not a sewer but we have this wonderful Dollar Tree Store that sells stockings for $1. That I can do!

Thank you all for listening!

:goodvibes

Laura, my church might be willing to take this info and run with it . . . Pm or email me and I will either take the information from you or give you the contacts at my church to email with the info . . .:thumbsup2 We've done similar things in the past -- sent first aid kits to the soldiers, care packages, etc.

:thumbsup2 Yes you do. They are much better! But then all the chocolate is so much better there. :thumbsup2
