I don't know if this is the right place for this question. But anyway, we are due at Chef Mickey's at 7:00am and will be coming from POP. I guess the best thing to do is leave from POP and go to the MK, then take the monorail to the Contemporary. Is this the best plan and will the monorail/buses be running that early??

Thanks :goodvibes

:::yawn::: You are going to need to get up early! What time does the MK open the day of that ADR? If it's a morning EMH- no worries- the bus will be running and you can catch it to the MK- then walk or take the monorail to the Contemporary. If it's not morning EMH at the MK, then make sure you check w/ the concierge at Pop. They'll make sure that a bus takes you to your ADR but it'll probably drop you directly at the contemporary rather than at the MK.

MK does not open until 9 that morning. (I just checked). I thought that
a ressie as soon as they opened would be a good idea so that (maybe) we would not have to wait a long time to be seated. We did an early breakfast at the AK last trip and did not have any trouble getting there in plenty of time.

last Dec we had a 7:00am ressie at CM and there was NOT a EMH morning, so to be on the safe said we took a taxi, they are not cheap, at least thats whats i think......from the WL to CR it was five dollors

Since it is not an EMH, the buses won't be running that early to the Magic Kingdom. Even with EMH, not sure if the buses will start early enough to get you there before 7am. I'd recommend either taking a cab (which is not cheap) or changing the reservation to a later time.

We ran in to this when we had an early reservation for a Segway Tour at EPCOT. I was told when I booked the tour that the buses would be running early for tours and breakfasts. Found out the CM was wrong the day before the tour. Ended up taking a cab to EPCOT.

Double dittos... a 7am resie is pushing it even if you were staying in the CR. Ask the folks at the desk the night before about the Character Breakfast bus, which starts running at 7am. but your best Bet is going to be a cab no doubt, for about $15... but again, have the desk call ahead the night before because you have about a 20 drive time to get over to CR.

Ok...In the last 10 yrs I have never not been able to get a early morning bus from my hotel to MK for breakfast. Whether a EMH day or not. The have always had a special bus for breakfast before the parks open. These busses have always started at 6am to 630am

Be out at the bus stop by 6:15ish. The buses are running early just for those early morning breakfast ADRs. You may get lucky and the driver will drop you at the CR, but more likely you will have to get off at MK and walk over to CR, via the walkway, about 8 mins. There are early seatings within MK so even if it's not an EMH morning, people still need to get there.
