62 days and counting......am I ready?

Leaving Jan 17th for one week at SSR with DH, DS-13, DS-10,DS-8 and DD- 6. Packing light, layers for all kinds of weather, 3 outfits each and lots of laundry planned. Got all my ADR's made, a couple at DTD and the rest near and around parks, one at Turf Club. Birthday cake ordered for DS turning 14 on the 19th. Golf tee times made at Oak Trail ( we are WP& M). Days planned out for the most part, still wondering about Blizzard Beach in Jan ( thoughts please!). Bibbidi Bobbidi ressies made for DD on our last day. Garden Grocer list made but not finalized. Airline seats made ( all four flights that NWA keeps changing!!!), magical express ready to go.

What am I fogetting.....I feel like something still needs to be done or perhaps I am just suffering from obsessive planning disorder!

SOunds like you will be there the same time we will be. I just checked our airline tickets online (NWA), and we already had our seats assigned too.

Why are your flights getting changed? Ours hasn't been changed at all, and we booked right at the 11 month mark, because we were using frequent flyer miles. I keep worrying about that, since they will be Delta by the time we go.

I am shipping a box of stuff down for our new Owner's Locker, so I'm getting that ready now. I'm finding a box the right size so I know it will all fit.

We will be at AKV from 1/20-1/27, and OKW from 1/27-1/31.

We got our flights through Priceline, we are connecting through Indy. Bought them end of August. They keep changing the plane sizes, they started out all airbus, now only one of them is. I get the alerts from NWA directly though so interesting. Hope they are done now! Still good times even with the connections. We leave here at 10:15, get down there at 4:30. Leave MCO on the 24th at 11:30, get back here at 4.

Just hope the weather is good here so we can both get out! We will have to touch base closer to the trip to compare packing lists and weather!

Was thinking about trying T Rex, even though it isn't on DDP which we are doing. I talked to them a week or so ago and they will start taking ressies on January 1st.

I know how you feel too. We leave for a week at SSR on 1/17 and then 1 night at the Poly. I keep going on the boards, going through my lists of things to prep and I have everything in order I think I am just frazzeled because I have nothing left to do but wait, which is the worst.

I'm 1 1/2 weeks out, and I just booked Monday. Don't worry, just pack warm.

We are excited...now have to figure out whether or not to rent a car! I keep hearing such horrible things about the buses!

Indy just opened last week and we hear its pretty nice, we leave 12/18-12/24 we plan on going up early just to see the new airport! We are also flying NWA but have not seen where our flight time has changed since original booking.

We are leaving on Jan 16 for 8 nights VWL. The weather can go anywhere from 30-80 degrees so make sure you pack those swimsuits, you just never know. Also,all Disney resort pools (and their water parks) are heated.

I thought Indy would be a great city to connect, not crazy busy like Atlanta. Good breakup of the flights too, about 90 the first leg and 2 hours the second. Good break for the kidlets. Now....just need to figure out where to feed them lunch at the airport!

I will be at SSR too....January12-17th...First time in January and will be so happy to leave the cold behind. We are also flying NWA! I did at the advice from another post check the prices of flights and they were way less than what I originally paid and so I received some vouchers for future flights.
We will probably check out T-Rex too...online pictures look pretty cool.
I don' usually pack until the night before because I have to hide it from my dog!

I'm at BWV from Jan.18-25th with one of my friends, and at AKV (savanna view ) from the 25th 'til the 31st, with another friend.
First trip without DH, but I'm glad I didn't cancel the existing reservation; my friends' excitement is good "medicine" for grief.
