I hope you are feeling better. You are doing a fantastic job with your exercise; maybe your body needs a few days of rest, and then you can start renewed. Congrats on your 10 lb. clippie; I am jealous...you new guys are passing little old me, you, Rae Ann, Tera....and here I sit with my same old clippie. Well, whose fault is that?? I have to get back to my workouts, I've taken a few days off because of this cold; but now I need to get back in the swing and get serious. You guys continue to inspire me, thanks!

Oh, I'm so sorry you're not feeling your best! :hug: Extreme exhaustion can really do a job on you, both mentally and physically! You're making the intelligent choice by listening to your body and not pushing it, but I can imagine it's hard on you as it's something that's out of your control. :hug:

Hey Michelle! Glad your feeling better and getting back into it slowly. 8.5 inches isn't too shabby!!! Take care of yourself and get some rest. Won't do your body any good if your so sick you can't work out or eat right.
 
:wave: Hi Michelle, I am new to WISH but I just read your journal and thought I would say hello:wave2: I hope you are feeling better soon. We all have are ups and downs. Yesterday was a down for me. My eating was not what it should have been at all.

I have an aunt who has fibromyalgia, and she has horrible pain with it. So I commend you for sticking to this exercise routine, when your body will allow you. It shows great determination.

Well, I just wanted to stop by and say hello and wish you well with your weight loss.
