I still have 496 remaining (300 available for transfer)...
Here are my standard terms:
For payment, I will accept several forms of payment. I will only accept paypal transactions that are bank funded (not credit card). The website
www.paypal.com is pretty self-explanatory. Paypal payment is to be made to
kimethan@cox.net (my home address). I will take any form of check- cashier, money order or personal, with the understanding that it if were to not clear my account, I would cancel the reservations. I will also accept electronic fund (wire) transfers.
For transactions less than 50 points or within 91 days of the arrival date, I require full payment at time of booking.
For transactions greater than 50 points and more than 91 days, I require at least half of the funds at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid 90 days before the trip or sooner. Once you rent the points, you will be held to the same terms as a
DVC owner (i.e. cancellation on the day of arrival forfeits the points to Disney... cancellation within the last 30 days puts the points into a holding account where you would have to reschedule them within 60 days or forfeit them to Disney... cancellation at greater than 30 days from the reservation's original date of arrival allows you to rebook the points anytime before they expire on the following Feb. 28th). Basically, once you rent them they are your points. I will work with you to make reservation changes as needed, within the above noted limitations, but the points are non-refundable (this includes partial payments) and no attempt will be made to "re-rent" your points.
I will provide you with a confirmation number when I make the reservation. I will email you a scanned copy of the reservation as soon as I receive it. I will mail the original reservation to you as well.
I need the specific dates, room type, names and ages of all of the members in your party and any additional requests that you might have (i.e. non-smoking). As well as, the main name on the room and your address and telephone number.
My goal is to ultimately rent out my available points but also (as a former renter myself) to ensure that, when it comes to your accommodations, your vacation is worry-free. Renting DVC points is really the only way to go. The rooms are significantly nicer than your standard Disney hotels, the price is usually half that of the typical rack-rate and , usually, you get treated like you were the owner and receive the perks that come along with it. If it comes up, just claim to be a relative of mine as opposed to a "renter."
The transaction requires faith on the part of both parties but I have tried to make it as professional and painless as possible.
I look forward to helping you have a wonderful Disney vacation.
Thanks
Ethan Warlick MD
