I have an ADR for BOG at 11 am in a few weeks. We need to be done by noon. DD is concerned we will be rushed and does not want to do it if we really need 90 minutes but have to leave after 60.

Is 60 minutes enough to enjoy BOG at 11 am?

Just wondering, where do you need to be at just after 12 or so?
Is it a long distance? Do you have another reservation time to meet?

I’d say no because you’re not even guaranteed to be seated at exactly 11am. You check in first; then you’re called to wait in the lobby area until your table is ready. If the dining stars are aligned and that all works, you could ask your waiter to hurry things along, but it would really come down to how fast the kitchen turns things around. I think 60 minutes would be pushing it.

I think you will feel rushed and not truly enjoy the experience. Can you modify to a 10:30?
I believe it opens at 11 am so no chance to be seated early. My guess is we will be seated very close to 11 since we are among the first group there.

An hour is about right as things do come out pretty quickly there considering the prix-fixe menu, but you certianly don't want to feel rushed, so it's a tough call. If you get seated right at 11, I think you're good, but if you have to wait, the experience may not be as good.

I also want to check in early- not sure how early they will allow with an 11 am opening. If we check in early then I expect decent odds of being seated close to 11 am. Who knows?

Are you going somewhere in the park? BOG has been known to seat people before 11am and if you are one of the first handful of tables I think you could pull off being out by 12pm esp if you let your server know!
