60 Days Tomorrow. Excursion Booking?

I want to call as early as possible. What time does excursion booking open in the morning?

Sorry, not trying to hijack your thread, but I have an excursion booking question also. Is it better to call, email or fax your excursion request? Thanks!

I think its better to call and I think the times are listed on disneycruise.com.

definately call, opens 8 am not sure if thats western or eastern time, we booked the fishing for cc last week at the 60 day mark and the next day when friends tried to add on it was full, so book anything you want on the day.
i emailed and didn't get a response until much later in the day i think faxes would be the same so if you can, call.

We are on the October 9th Magic, and booked our excursions promptly at 8:00 AM Eastern time, by calling. 8:00 AM ET is when they open. There was no on hold time at all, and we got all our excursions and times.

Call at 8 am sharp! (Eastern Time).... I called at 8:30 an had to take my second choice on times for one of the excursions.

But before you call surf these forums. We found out about the Eco Jet Ski Tour on Castaway Cay that STILL is not listed on the DCL site. There might be other excursions out there that are not listed on the offical DCL Site, paperwork etc.

Thanks everyone. I'll be calling at 8:00 AM on the dot, tomorrow.

I never received any excursion information from my TA or DCL so I can only go by what's on DisneyCruise.com and the DISboards. Good thing I already knew (from a previous DCL cruise) about calling 60 days out to book or I'd be out of luck.

One thing that I did find out about Sold out Excursions is that the they only pre book part of the available seats and then the ship itself holds on to some that are sold on board. A few times I have tried to pre book a sold out excursions over the phone with out any luck and was able to get it on the boat.

I was told by a disney person to make sure you get that request in as soon as possible. There is a box that you can drop your request in right at the shore excursion desk as you board before the shore excursion desk even opens.
