Sorry you were sick. Glad you are feeling better. Totally missed this update!

Be our Guest looks so cool. Sounds like a great dinner! Can't wait to eat there in June!!!!!! I never carry my reservations numbers, so I guess I better put them in my phone. Good lesson to learn.

I love Des's dress - very cute. Great pictures of everyone, as always. I love how cool the castle looks in that green color.

Des LOVES Beauty & The Beast (she was Belle in a dance recital last year) and couldn't wait to see the shop. I had told her before we went on the trip that I had no idea what to get her for Christmas and if she found something at Disney and it was within my price range that we would get her gift there. She found these four adorable "cake plates"--each with a different design. I could tell by the look in her eye that she really wanted them. They were within my price range so we took them to the counter and filled out the shipping label and had them sent home. You would have thought I had just given the girl a million dollars...she was so excited.

So sweet!

The restaurant is the only part of New Fantasyland that was not open when we were there. I look forward to checking it out at lunchtime one day when I am there in March. I enjoyed seeing your pictures of something new!

Des and Andy pretending they were Belle and Eric:

Let's be glad that Andy, unlike the prince in the window, is wearing pants.
:rotfl2:

Sorry I've been away for so long. But like I promised, I'm all caught up! Looks like you guys were having a wonderful time and you were really getting lucky with some of the more creating Photopass photographers!

Well. DUH...I am slow. I blame it on a lack of sleep (that's my story and I am sticking to it, it has NOTHING to do with getting older). I just asked Lisa if she knew what the gray stuff from B&B and she quoted that exact line. And it sounds disgusting! :p

Judy, no problems...I blame mine on lack of sleep too. :)

Sorry you were sick. Glad you are feeling better. Totally missed this update!

Thanks, MaryEllen. I feel 100% normal now (as well as normal I can be...quiet boys!)

You will love BOG; and definitely carry your reservation numbers with you...they don't take up room and always good to have as a back-up.

The castle blew me away with the Christmas lights.

So sweet!

She's a good girl.

You are going to love it...trust me. :)

Well look who is here!!!! I thought you fell off the planet earth. ;)

Good catch with the no pants on the prince. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

We did have a wonderful time. And since you posted, I'll do what I always pull on Tim. An update! Yep, a new update coming up soon.

I laughed when I saw that too, Jen; I never caught it.

Well, this was the day I was dreading almost as much as my own departure day in a couple of days. Todd and Nicki would be leaving us later this afternoon. Although I knew we'd have a lot of fun with Andy and Des, I didn't want sis and her hubby to leave. But they did have to go to work the next day.

Before they could leave, we had lots to accomplish. First thing, up bright and early to catch a cab to The Beach Club. Why are we going to the Beach Club? Because we are having breakfast with Goofy, Minnie and Donald, that's why!

Yes, even the boys got in on the action:

Des decided to draw while waiting for the guys to come back with their food:

And I believe my husband did this next one:

We all got our food and then Minnie and Donald came by:

Mark got a birthday card and a cupcake:

We took care of the bill (and, by the way, we won't be back; first, they wanted to stick us in a side room behind a door and we were one of the first people there...I think not said Nicki; and the food just wasn't all that good--we prefer Crystal Palace and Tusker House), and then headed out. One of the things I am most looking forward to about staying at the Beach Club Villas with Mary and the girls is the ability to walk to Epcot.

We started our stroll and a few pictures were taken along the way:

We reached the back door of Epcot but they weren't letting people in yet. So what do six very goofy people do? They take pictures:

The gates finally opened and we started walking through World Showcase to the front of the park, or Future World if you prefer. We had missed most of the decorations earlier and needed to see the tree:

Then we saw our two favorite mice:

Des then spotted Pluto's house:

She asked Mark to hold her purse while I took a picture of her and Andy. I am the better picture taker of the two of us and it looks as if Mark might be the better purse holder. :rotfl2:

Des took a close-up of the front of our shirts:

I'm not sure where Todd and Nicki were during all of this picture taking, but together again, we moved on and decided to ride Spaceship Earth first before getting our "group t-shirt photos with the Photopass photograher.

On the way to Spaceship Earth, I saw this and fell in love with it:

Up next, our epic t-shirt photos

Love all of the pictures of you guys! I really was happy with all the flower and topiary Christmas decorations at Epcot.

And Mark's picture for your SSE future made me :lmao:

I love the matching T-shirts! I noticed them in the very first few pictures. And Mark's Birthday hat is hysterical!

I've never done breakfast at Cape May Cafe and probably never will. If I'm going to do a Character breakfast, it better include my favorite guy! I think that's why I prefer Chef Mickey's.

Bummer you guys had bad service there. Mom and I didn't have the best service when we were there for dinner but the food made up for it. It's one of the few restaurants that Mom keeps bringing up for our upcoming January trip.

Cute pictures in Epcot. I of course love the ones with Pluto!

I'm sorry your last breakfast with your friends turned out to be just okay.

I have to agree, it's wonderful to be able to walk to Epcot when staying at Beach Club

Is the Epcot Christmas tree located between Future World and World Showcase? It's the only tree I do not recall seeing during my trip.

Lots of fun pictures, as always.

Good gosh amighty! Look at the size of the Christmas tree in Future World. It's hugely humongous! With the exception of a semi-good breakfast, it looks like the day is off to a good start.

They did a great job with the topiary, I thought.

After a while, later in the day, I made him take that hat off. I didn't want it in every single picture. :rotfl2:

Yes, CM would be the place for you with Pluto. We may head back to CM one of these days for breakast (wont' do dinner--yuck!)

See, we had a really bad dinner at Cape May in September and Mark and I won't be going back anytime soon; although, I am having dinner there in June on my girls trip as part of a big DIS meet.

Cute pictures in Epcot. I of course love the ones with Pluto!

Thanks. :goodvibes

I'm sorry your last breakfast with your friends turned out to be just okay.

It was okay...just not worth what they charge.

I have to agree, it's wonderful to be able to walk to Epcot when staying at Beach Club

Loved doing that...a nice, pleasant walk in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Is the Epcot Christmas tree located between Future World and World Showcase? It's the only tree I do not recall seeing during my trip.

Yes, as you exit Future World and end up at the promenade (I think that's what they call it) and can go either left to Mexico or right to Canada, that's where the big tree was.

Lots of fun pictures, as always.

Thank you. :)

Good gosh amighty! Look at the size of the Christmas tree in Future World. It's hugely humongous! With the exception of a semi-good breakfast, it looks like the day is off to a good start.

It really was a very big tree (although not as big as the one at the Grand Floridian I don't think). The day started out great and just got better.

love your matching t-shirts...where did you get them???

Mark sure is working the birthday hat and Des' purse :rotfl:

you got some great shots of your future photos on SpaceshipEarth :thumbsup2 even the hat made it into the photo!

sorry breakfast wasn't all that great food wise, but looks like you had a blast with the characters!

I'm sorry that you were a little bit less than excited about the breakfast, but you definitely looked like you all had fun with the characters. Either that or you put on a good front for the camera. :lmao:

Great pictures all around. I love doing pictures with those topiaries in EPCOT. I'm still mad that PP lost ours from our 2011 trip.

And I've just gotta say... lovin the hat. :thumbsup2

i like how the spaceship earth photo really shows a good deal of his hat, and didnt cut it off short closer to his face.

I love the matching shirt!! I can't wait to see the pictures of the whole crew in them... although, since it was Marks birthday, shouldn't they have been grumpy shirts??? :rotfl:

Sorry to hear breakfast was not the best one ever! Our favorite breakfast is O'hana and Crystal Palace. I don't think we will ever venture anywhere else in the breakfast realm!

Looks like your jam packed day is starting off rather well! :thumbsup2 Minus the yucky breakfast. :worried:

I thought Cape May was supposed to be great place for breakfast? :confused3 I guess like a lot of places on property it's becoming a hit or miss kinda place, so sad really. Disney's going to phase themselves right out of people wanting to do the dining plan if they keep it up.

Y'alls pics are so cute, I'm pretty much off the fence about doing a photopass, I asked Mackie about it and she thought it was a great idea. (probably because it takes the pressure off of her to take pics of me) Between my Disney visa dollars I've earned over the last few years and my Disney fund (change jar) I have more than enough to do it-guess no dooney for me :( Oh well!

Dinner looked like a lot of fun at Be Our Guest, I can't wait to eat there!! :yay:

Waiting anxiously for the t-shirt pics. :goodvibes

But they did have to go to work the next day.

:sad2: Dang shame.
That keeps happing to me every time I go down there as well.
Why couldn’t I have been born wealthy instead of ugly?

Mark got a birthday card and a cupcake:

Let me make a note of that one.

Disney can do better then that…
I’ done seen it.

::yes:: You betch’em.
That is a monstrous bonus.

exquisitely sets off his choice of pumps and chapeau.

Oh my…
a snapshot of my now quite distant past

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Love the hat! Too great! :thumbsup2I especially love the picture of Mark in the hat on space ship earth!

The matching T-shirts are pretty darn awesome too!

Loved Mark's SSE photo. :lmao: That hat is awesome. He does seem to be an accomplished purse holder as well. Has he had lots of practice?

Great pictures! Love the shirts.
