Day 1 - Room was ready at noon(!) and we got a lovely *almost* water view room in the cabanas - white sand and hammocks feet from our door. I was soooo happy we weren't facing a parking lot.
Thanks to short lines, we saw almost all of Epcot that day. While our Tempanyaki chef wasn't too animated (it was 9 at night, though), we did enjoy chatting with our table mates.
Day 2 - Animal Kingdom and MK for Fireworks! Enjoyed yummy lunch at Tusker House. Avoided crowds waiting for buses after MK and took Resort Monorail to the Poly for drinks. The very nice DD bus driver who picked us up at the Poly around 12:30 took us back to CSR on his way to DD (so we didn't have to transfer) - yeah, I love Disney!
Day 3 - MGM - Had a delicious dinner at the Brown Derby with the Fantasmic Package and great seats for the show. The lines weren't bad at MGM, either. Took a mid-day break at the CSR pool and LOVED the slide. Maybe not water park worthy, but a great slide.
Day 4 - Typhoon Lagoon! Had a great time splashing around and then headed to Mexico for dinner. Staff was very nice and the food was yummy - but we were too stuffed from chips and apetizers to eat our entrees!
Day 5 - MK, did all my favorite rides and then headed to DD for shopping and fun. The PO bus was quite hectic compared to the CSR ones, but the boat ride to DD from PO was relaxing.
Day 6 - Woke up to find some big ($84) problems with our phone bill, but a manager at CSR had it all fixed in 10 - 15 min. (Much relief.) Then Pooh B-fast at Crystal Palace and Disney Quest. Finally back to the resort - we rented a surrey bike and rode around CSR, truly beautiful!
Wheh...6 very full days! Everyone at Disney was SO nice and SO accomodating - I didn't meet one sour CM! (especially not at CSR) Ride lines were short except for Sat. night at MK and the weather cooperated great! I'd be happy to answer any questions.
