I want to understand what is the deal with 6 day park hopper plus tickets if purchased in the Disney store on if purchased on the internet at disney.com. They Store told me that you can only get a Disney Club discount on a 6 Day Park Hopper Plus if you purchase it in the Disney Store and you get the Advance Purchase discount also. The price they gave me was $278.81 per adult and $222.61 per child including Tax) and if I purchase on the Disney.com website the price is $293.62 per adult and $261.82 with Tax. That is a $132.43 difference in price. Does this seems right and can I get a Disney club discount on the Disney.com website off of the advance purchase discount? If so, How?

I found that www.paramountinternationaltravel.com has better prices for the 6day passes then the Disney Club Discount can offer. For example: 6 day Hopper Plus w/ character breakfast is $275 and $225 respectively. That's a lot cheaper and you get a meal!!!! Works for me!!
Hope that helps

Sounds to me like you got a Disney Store CM that actually knew what was going on.

He/she was 90% correct in the info you got. You cannot get the DC discount online so your online purchase would be at the normal advance purchase rate of $293.64 per adult.

The only place that he/she was wrong was saying you can only get the DC price at TDS. You can also get it by calling The Disney Club 800 number and by calling CRO/WDTC.

FYI, there's a complete ticket price chart on Deb's web site.

I just bought a 7 day hopper for $292 online. No shipping charges. This was thru Connections. I signed up for a one month trial for $1 and also bought a variety on meal coupons. I figure I will save a bundle. I am planning to cancel before the month is done.

I also bought thru Connections: 6-day plus passes for $264.27 adults and $211.80 for kids, inclusive of taxes/shipping. Their prices are the lowest (though the character meal deal might be worthwhile)- but you have to sign up for the trial membership.

How do I find Connections website? I wonder if they give you a hard time when you quit after a month. I am curious and would like to know your experiences.

The Connections website is connections123.com. You might want to read about them more on mousesavers.com first. There's a good description of them there. My month trial is almost up, so I don't know whether they'll give me a hard time or not. What I've heard is that you have to cancel by telephone by speaking to a manager, and the manager gives you a hard sell to try to get you to keep it, etc. I'll post back next week after I cancel.
