6' 7" too tall???

What were you told height restriction for Bill Petty Driving experience was/ I booked it last week for my husband and they did not mentioned height. He is 6' 4

for richard petty they said that because he is long legged there would be a problem with him shifting....we could go and have him sit in the car to see if he was ok before booking..we will see....i think my only other ride we are worried about is splash mountain any ideas???

Long legs might need some care in "folding" into the logs of Splash, but I think that would not be much of a problem for someone who is used to "fitting into" other things in the real world that where not specifically designed for taller folks.

I'm 5'10" and I have issues with Space Mountain (I have long legs even for my height). I have noticed though that the front seat has a tiny bit more room. Also, it's so much fun and the ride isn't too long, so it's bearable for the enjoyment of the ride.

Goofy's Barnstormer was okay, not too uncomfortable.

EE was fine (they made the cars pretty much like BTMRR).

RnR is uncomfortable too, jammed in there really tightly.

Be comforted with knowing that no one will obstruct parade viewing!!

peace,
figgy

I'm 6'5" with long legs. I agree with the space mountain comments, they can tend to bang the legs and knees around a little bit. Splash mountain is a little tough to get in and out of, but nothing to complain about. Nothing sticks out that took away from my experiences so I guess I'd say overall everything is fairly accomodating!

I forgot about this aspect. A definite plus. Not to mention, my DS loved the view from on top of my shoulders. A slight advantage over the rest of the crowd.

My cousin is 6'8", he's mostly "legs" - he's been to WDW twice as an adult and his only problems were with rides in the small cars (like Spaceship Earth), he had to get creative with indian-style sitting, but otherwise no problems.

You might also want to request the front row on Test Track - considerably more leg room than the back row.

Cheers,

1) At 6'4", I only have problems with a few of attractions.
2) I could not get into the Petty Car, because legs were too long.
3) Space Mountain works, but the legs are a little long for the cars.
4) MISSION:SPACE was also uncomfortable.

I'm a 5'10" female and have always felt scrunched on Space Mountain.

I used to love the old space mountain cars where you shared a pod with someone else. It was great to get some foreign girl to sit on your lap :thumbsup2
