Okay, my husband is seriously cursed with elevator rooms. He ALWAYS ends up getting a hotel room next to the elevators and is such a light sleeper that the noise keeps him up all night.
We just got our room assignement a few days and go and guess what I realized last night? It's right next to the elevators and laundry. Honestly, I'm 90% sure it won't be an issue but take a look at 8144, WWYD? Looks like its between mid/aft w/ the Murphy Bed. Which is another point, we don't need the Murphy bed and I hate the idea of people who need one not getting in, you know?
Why do I flip flop from over the top excitementto unnecessary worry
??!
In about two weeks, I get to go to a "days" countdown instead of weeks!!! We are leaving June 4th!!! Had planned on leaving at 5 AM but son has a tournament and now can't leave until 5 PM. That will mean we will have to drive straight through 15 hours!! Have promised youngest we would go to Blizzard Beach this year!! Anyone been to BB...is it really worth the $350 admission?
I love BB. We always have a great time, but what makes it worth the $$ for us are the looks on our kids' faces.
I think our rooms are next to the elevators, too. Anyone else on deck 9? Are we alone there?

I just noticed a refund of $11.52 on my CC from DCL. Anyone know what that might be about?
TIA for any and all info.

We just got our assignment and got some pixie dust. We were upgraded from a 9A to a 5E. We have never had a balcony before. Only downside is we are on the "noisy" deck five above the restrooms. I'm not complaining. It is a great upgrade and we have an extended balcony. I'll just have to pack ear plugs.
That is exactly how they start. Here is a link to a video her friend made of her at the Nastia Liukin Cup she qualified to this year. This may be what you are in for.

That is great! My DGD 9 takes gymnastics, too. But I just don't ever see her doing stuff like that. She's too afraid to try things. But she still likes it after taking lessons for 3 (?-maybe 4) years now. I think my DD said when she moves up again, she'll be starting in the competition level. Can you tell I don't get to watch her very often???
You're in trouble! We got upgraded on my Mom's first cruise to a verandah and now she won't cruise without one!![]()
When we got upgraded to a veranda my DGD said she wanted a balcony next time, too. I told her if we had a room without any windows we could cruise 2 or 3 times but if we got one with a balcony, we could only go once. She chose no windows!![]()
