Anybody want to share some packing suggestions?

I know on our last cruise, everybody told me I HAD to have an over-the-door shoe holder to put all my toiletries in. It turned out to be the best idea EVER!

This will be our first DCL cruise, DH and I have been on Carnival, and RCL.

I have to be careful w/ my planning since DH does not know yet.

I booked an oceanview cabin, but am thinking about upgrading to a verandah. I need to decide soon before prices go up.

I can't wait...Im booked for June 7th on the Dream...spending a couple of days before that at SeaWorld/Aquatica....Im ready to pack NOW!!!!! This is my 3rd DCL cruise and Im hooked...I did a RCL once and will NEVER go that route again...I think once u do Disney...u will never be satisfied with anoter cruise line...

I read it and I thought it was hilarious, so I posted my smilies. Then after I posted I called my sister and said, "Do you think she was serious or was she being funny?" It's so hard to interpret text!

I can't wait. We have a dry erase board in our kitchen and every morning my daughter marks it with the number of days til our cruise!

That is a GREAT idea! I never would have thought of that. Okay, cruise veterans - what are some more "must pack" items? I'm sure there is another thread for that, but frankly, finding them all is exhausting!!!!

We always take an over-the-door shoe hanger, a small travel sized power strip, a digital clock (I know these cabins have their own clock, but my TA told me they illuminate very brightly, so we'll still take ours and stick theirs in a drawer), a large battery operated fan (I need the noise ), and my own hair dryer (cruise ship hair dryers are notoriously weak).

I'm so ready to get on that ship!

SO cute!!!!!! Going to get pirate fist extender stuff today and can't wait! I'll have to look for some cute pirate clothes! Count me in!

We are. I bought "Pirate" costumes for DH and me during Halloween. DS12 was not interested at the time. So, we'll have to see what I can come up with for him.

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised with the Dream's hair dryer! You have to make sure it's in the right plug (the one the Wave phone charger is in) and it works as well as mine at home!

We're excited! We're going to PIF this weekend so I can (hopefully) snag a Palo brunch or tea on Monday night. After which I will check us in and hopefully get an early port arrival time!!

So cute. We dressed up mildly on our last cruise so probably the same for this one.
