6/26 Closing in hdmonkeybugs - And a Close to the Stinky Shirt

Wow! What a magical closing!

For those of you who have been following along, Monkey has wanted a Green Pirate Chair for a long time. Green is her favorite color - and it is such a cool chair. She has tried to win them in host events only to watch her friends win them.

- Mad has won them. And traded them.

- Will was gifted one by a dear friend. It sits proudly in his Animation Office.

- And I won one. Only to trade if for things higher on my wish list.

And so began Monkey's Green Shirt Hold Out. Three weeks ago, hdmonkeybug in vmk world put on a green shirt. She then announced to her friends - "The shirt stays on until I get a Green Pirate Chair."

Well, it's been three weeks. And VMK has been smelling bad lately and we all apologize on behalf of our friend. But she just won't change that shirt.

Tonight, it is with great thanks that I would like to thank Grapewillow for saving all of us from having to live with the stinky green shirt any longer.

Yes, the air at the Virtual Magic Kingdom is clean once again. In a magical moment, Monkey has recieved her green chair and the stinky shirt was done away with for good!!!

Monkey - so happy for you! (and now we can sit next to each other again!) I guess Disney Dreams really do come true.

I had to make the sacrifice. I smelled Monkey all the way from my room! Where ever I went, there was that smell...

That green chair (take note Monkey will not move two inches away from it), was for a good cause (I think).

And Monkey even took a shower! :rotfl:

Yay Monkeybug!! My poor monkey never does host games (she leaves that to me lol)...but tonight she wanted to try for inferno. So, she got in once and Phin said she matched twice, but she dc. She got back in again and she dc again, after Phin told her to play again. So she went back in the room a third time and again Phin tells her to play again, but she dc again! She gave up after that
