Cast:

DH (spouse, late forties, "let's do something new every day" guy)
DS (12, Disney vet)
DD (9, trip planner in training)
DGM (my mom, seventies, loves Disney)
DGD (my dad, seventies, loves Disney if he is there with DD and DS)
Day Eight:
Off to MGM, it's 6/25 and Star Wars Saturday. We arrive at opening and see the Stormtroopers. DGD, DD and I head of to ToT, our first time and I'll be honest my last time. After the third time of looking out the window at the top, I was ready to get off!! Met up the DS, DH and DGM at Star Tours and we all rode. Walked over to Indiana Jones and saw the first show. As we headed to GMR, I gave away our fastpasses to Star Tours to two different groups walking by, since we had already ridden. After GMR we watched the Star Wars parade and then ate lunch. Saw Lights, Motors, Action, not bad and then waited out a brief but heavy shower. Saw a Man and His Dread, then did the Backstage Tour. It was about 4 so we headed back to the Poly for a break before dinner. Went over to Epcot and had dinner at Le Cellier, our new favorite Epcot restaurant since Akershus went princess. Saw Claude and Jenna again and had Mary and Robin as our seater and server. They were all great. Toured World Showcase and finally rode Maelstrom, made it out of the park before Illuminations and rode the Monorail back to the Poly.
Day Nine and Wrap up.
Mom and Dad left at 7:15 for ME and the airport, we left at 7:30 am. All got home on time and without the "fun" of the arrival trips. We had a great time at the Poly. This was our tenth trip and our fourth trip with my parents. We really tried to take it easy and not push too hard and try to do everything this year. It was probably our most relaxing vaction at WDW, we spent a lot of downtime at the pool, rented boats, and just enjoyed being with our family. We had great meals, but having a full dinner each night really takes up a lot of time, I don't think we had but one meal that lasted less than an hour and a half. We saw all the new attractions, except Cinderellabration and I tried, but no one else was interested. DH did something new almost every day so he was happy. DS got DQ time and arcade time at the Poly and DD got to try out being tour guide and organizing the order that we visited attractions. DGM and DGD got to relax and DGM even finished hemming the quilt she was making for us by Friday morning (she started hemming on Monday). We went out early in the morning and never waited more than ten minutes for any attraction. Knowing the parks and using fastpass enabled us to see and do almost everything we wanted to do. Being tired was the only thing that kept us from doing more. The weather was great, mid-eighties, and thunderstorms were brief. We were all sad to leave the Poly and WDW, but there's always the next trip to plan.
