If anyone is in a CAT 10 there is one that has opened up in Deck 7. Get it while it is there, it won't last long!!! :thumbsup2

I wonder how far those 2 are from each another.popcorn:: We are planning on going to see the K Space Center on one of the two days we are at the Cocoa Beach? What about you all?

I think we will probably arrive by around lunch or a little after- I think we will relax by the pool, and we are having dinner at Kelsey's(I heard it was good). After the 15 hour drive, I think we are going to be chillin'.:beach:

Good morning everyone!
I just found this site, normally I am on another Cruise website...

DD (13) and myself (Mom!) will be on the 6/13 Western! Looking forward to reading through this roll call to see who else will be on.

Just have to tell you that DD is giving me teen attitude about going "on a Disney" cruise but I am super excited. Hope some of it will wear off on her :yay:

:welcome: As you can tell by reading this WE are a great group!!!

Your :earsgirl: DD is going to LOVE the Disney :sail: This is our 2nd :sail: and my :earsboy: DS (14) is very excited and looking forward to setting sail in 65 Days

If you want to PM me and send your email address I'm sure my DS (Larry) would email your DD. He is talking to several around his age and they are getting to know one another before they board...

Have a Magical Day Everyone!!!!!!!
Diane

My DD is 13, too. She is looking forward to going, but just not as excited as I am! :)

We will have our car so we are staying at the Country Inns and Suites close to the port. I will be paying more there than at the Swan Dolphin, you lucky ducks.

Hey Tammy and everyone who hasn't sent me their email- PM me your email and I'll email you the FE spreadsheet.

I tried to PM but I need "10" posts to be able to do so (sure wish I could combine from my CC account!!!)

We are veteran cruisers: the Wonder was our first cruise ever, May 2003, and since then we've done 11 more. In November we did the Med on Costa over Thanksgiving week and we have sailed all over the Caribbean & Bahamas. We USED to go to Disney quite a bit when DD was smaller, but that has tapered down a lot since the FL passes have gone up and when you add in parking ($12) and food (since children suddenly become starving when they enter a theme park) it gets to be a pricey outing. Plus, when you live in Orlando you quickly get a "been there, done that" mentality (see also, Med Cruise for 12 year old. LOL)

I have been secretly reading a little at a time from work today :cool2: to try to catch up. Channakanab sounds great and we'd love to do that. I will look into the dolphin, though I have done that at Discovery Cove already. Trying to figure out Grand Cayman because we have done Stingray City 2x now and the last time was just after Steve Irwin's death and DD wouldn't get out of the boat (and mama doesn't want to spend money on an excursion if DD won't get out of the boat!)

We have a nice size group going to Channakanab, some are swimming with dolphins at various times, some are just going to snorkel, swim and enjoy the park. We are planning a meet that AM for those going and will travel in a group and share taxi vans to cut down costs to get to the park. Keep chatting or just say "hello" several times - you will get to your "10" quickly!:goodvibes

Did you get it now, I sent it to both emails that you emailed me with. Let me know.:goodvibes

No...I didn't recieve it and I thought you had my email address...I will PM you again with it. Thanks again for doing all of the work to get the FE Exchange organized:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Somehow, I missed this group activity. Where and what time are we meeting?

Welcome!:flower3: I post on CC some too. That's a great site!

We are staying at the CIS too on Thurs and Fri night. Going to Kennedy on Friday for the day. We got one of the kids' suites with the bunk beds and twin bed for $140 per night. With the free parking that makes the CIS a better deal for us than Swan/Dolphin ($140 x 2 nights = $280 at CIS; $110 x 2=$220 +$105 for parking is $335 total).

Got it, thanks! :thumbsup2

Any suggestions on where to eat around Cape Canaveral?

Somehow, I missed this group activity. Where and what time are we meeting?

The ship ashore time is 9:30am for Cozumel. For those wanting to go to Chakannab first thing, I offered to be in charge of coordinating a meet at 9:30am. Still need to pick a spot on the ship for us, then we can leave all as a group to go to the taxi stands and share taxi vans to the park to help reduce cost. If anyone has a suggestion on where to meet that AM, would be great. I know alot of the excursions meet up at different places on the ship for the DCL excursions. This will be a Dis excursion!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
