I would just keep the dry erase board on sateroom 5513...It is really close to the stairs right outside the main theatre people can stop by and look before or after a show.
I got these amazing magnetic dry erase boards that were supposed to be $8.99 each from staples for $1.00 a piece! I was so thrilled! It is the way our family uses to communicate while on board!
Here is the 1st page of what I made for our last cruise. As you can see..I LOVE spreadsheets! LOL I also included our breakdown of days but I think we are skipping that anyway for this one.

I think you have a 99.99% change that your rooms will be next to each other if not connecting.

We had all intentions of staying at the hyatt, up until I read Stephanie's post today 
I wonder if there are any more from the cruise staying there.
