Hey Everyone
I can't sleep so I went on CafePress.Com and put our logo on a t-shirt...... I have it saved and it is so cute but I want to make sure it is ok with the CREATOR of the cute design!!!!!!

My son Brandon will be 13 right before the cruise and is upset he won't be in the stack. I, however, am happy--too many older teens for a 13 yr old. He would be happy to email anyone close to his age. It always seems everyone has a friend or family member and he has only met someone to hang it with on 1 of our cruises so far. All of my designs are free for anyone to use. Unfortunately, because the Disney designs, images, etc are all copyrighted, you have to print them at home and iron them on yourself. It will not get printed when you go to buy. Disney doesn't care if you use the copyrighted images for personal use (no charging for any designs or creations), but you cannot use a professional company to make. I've been DISigning for 3+ years, and it is the only way we have found to make them. You just buy iron on t-shirt transfers and follow the directions. It is actually very easy to do! You can buy plain t-shirts on line or at Michael's, etc. They also work great on canvas bags, aprons... anything made out of fabric. You could even use them on a FE.

I have a million designs in my photobucket account. You can also go to the DISigns board on the DIS for hundreds more ideas.

My DD has actually picked a couple excursions that she would like to do but I have one small problem:

Dolphin encounters.. Who is doing it & where? My DD wants to do another one but is only 16 & can't go alone. In Cozumel, I can go along but will have to pay $50 to just watch. Money is kinda tight after just doing major repairs on both our cars.

Would any one be willing to take her with them? I would greatly appreciate it.

We are doing the dolphin encounter at 1:00 in Cozumel and I know Nikki's family is as well. I don't mind her going along with us however if you book directly through the park you can go to the park with her and only pay the entrance fee ( around 12.00 I think) check out their website www.dolphindiscovery.com and it will tell you about the other stuff they have to offer.

Ok...not sure where I left off but here is a new update on me. I got sick last weekend and on Monday went to the DR was dx with UTI and kidney infection. Couldn't admit me for IV antibiotics because hospital was full. Just went into dr's office each day for shots. On Wednesday I was actually feeling much better and planned to go back to work on Thursday. Wednesday night around 11:30 I woke up with horrible back pain which got worse and worse. My mother took me to the ER around 1:00 AM Thursday morning. After waiting 3 1/2 hours I finally got back to a room and found out that the infection had not only gotten worse I also had 2 kidney stones so I was admitted and had a stent put in Friday afternoon and I got out yesterday afternoon. I go back in 2 weeks to have the stent and stone removed. I sure hope this fixes everything I am sick of being SICK!!

Now for the sad part

# 1 ... I missed the March 1st date to request my vacation time so now the time I need is already booked

# 2 ... I no longer have the PTO to take off the time I need for this vacation, well I do but only if I do not miss ANY more time between now and then which is probably not going to happen especially since I am having another procedure done in 2 weeks

Please send all the pixie dust my way that you can. I am going to talk to my boss tomorrow to see if an exception can be made and I am not so sure it's going to go well. I sure hope so as I have non-refundable flights booked and all I have to know something before the penalty kicks in though which is soon I think. As much as I want to go I can't loose my job over it. but Zane and I will both be crushed if we have to cancel. I have looked at early August cruises as a back-up but of course nothing compares to the rate we got for this cruise.

Also, if anyone has any experience with American Airlines and non-refundable airfare please let me know. Their website is NOT user friendly. I know I can't get a refund but I am wondering if I could change the dates if I had to.

You can try Vista Print they have printed and made all kinds of things for me that I wasn't sure if they would or not. I use them all the time, really good prices too.

Thank you but after a few minutes of researching, my DD has decided against the dolphin encounter after what she read concerning the dolphins. We have done it before & had a great time.

We will be doing Island of Arts excursion in Key West instead.

Most Airlines will charge you a fee for canceling or re-scheduling but give you a travel voucher for the remainder (spirit charges $100/ticket).

Good Luck! I feel your pain with Kidney Stones. I have gotten then every spring for the last 6 years. This spring is no different I was in pain all weekend and ended up passing one late on Sunday. Good luck with the boss.
