I am off for the 1st weekend in over 4 weeks. Yea! DS has flag football tomorrow, and we're going out to dinner too. Sun is church and then relaxing. Hope y'all have a great weekend!

April 1st sounds like a good cut off date for the FE. This will give me enough time to search out stuff to put in the FE. Boy this cruise really did explode with those Cat 12 GTY rates. We have one of the SPH rooms, so we got a good deal but the cat 12 rates have been great. Congrats to anyone who snagged one. We are looking forward to this cruise and making some new friends.

I believe it's about 19 cabins participating- actually 20(I see Yensidfan is in it) I'll have to get the count of kids and adults so far tomorrow.

I have called DCL twice and received the same info concerning our June 13 2009 western. "Passports are not required for closed loop (meaning leaving and returning to same port) but highly recommended." We have traveled in the past with BC but DH and I are getting passports and kids are traveling with BC. I know a risk however the kids usually don't even go ashore except for CC.

DU also confirmed this as well with me by email!!!!

We got ours before our last cruise in 2007- right when they were saying that you would have to have them to travel out of the country. It took 3 months to get them- it was when everyone jumped on the bandwagon to get them- and they were backed up. So we have them now, Jordan's expires in 5 years- so we're gonna try to "get our money's worth" with hers- by taking 3 cruises in that time- we'll see if it happens. LOL

At previous dis meets I have attended we brought a gift representing something from where we are from and drew names out at the dis meet and announced who we were and intro ourselves... it has always been fun!!!

The weather we're having is so wierd, on Sunday/Monday we had a snow storm with 9 degree temps, and 1 degree wind chill. Today is 72 and balmy. I love it!!

My mom took Jordan with her to her sisters house about an hour away to spend the night. So Steve and I actually went to the mall, ate dinner at Cheesecake Factory and rented a movie. It's date night!!
