I think this weekend must have totally wore me out.....
I must give a shout out for Teva Mush Flip Flops!!!! They are the best feeling shoes ever IMHO!!!!!! Now you WILL see me in them most of the time on the cruise! But not at dinner cuz I got too many other pair for that timeframe

Hey, everyone! I haven't posted in several weeks. To refresh your memory, my DH was placed on furlough from his job until June 1st and we weren't sure we would be able to cruise. Well, we ARE!! I'm getting very excited and I just completed our online check in.

Can someone remind me where top find the theme night schedule for the cruise? (Pirate night, etc) I haven't really let myself get excited and plan until now. Shouldn't us Cat 12 GTY rooms be getting our stateroom assignments soon? Thanks!

Monday-Formal night
Wed- Pirate night
Thur.- Semi-Formal night

Just found out one of the high schools in our district (we have 4) is closed til May 13 due to probable cases of H1N1 flu. Luckily, its not Jayde's school (she is soo jealous!!).

Tell Miss Jayde not to be jealous as they will have to make up that time and will be going to school until late June or JULY... still have to have 180 days (or whatever your state requires) on the books. It's just delaying the pain and not a free pass

Where did you get the flip flops? I live here in Atlanta and want some now! DD and I live in our flip flops, wore 'em to church this am, and will have them on the entire cruise (except for excursion walking).

Hi Denise, my sister lives in Marietta. The store is called Casabella and its on the corner (kind of) of Johnson Ferry and Roswell Road. I think thats right. Its a really cool strore with furniture, gifts, outdoor stuff and some clothes. We got the flip flops on sale (they are expensive) and my sister also got a discount since she's an interior designer/now wedding planner and shops there. The good news is they are also on line. switchflops.com. Where in Atlanta do you live, and is the red clothing in your pics for UGA or Alabama? My sister says you have to wear red on game day!! (in colorado we just wear sweats and drink a lot)

I have some small items and put them all in one bag per cabin-so we will just be giving everything one night. I may still look for something else--if only I could come up with some great crafty item.

I went out and got the WiFit tonight-right befor Best Buy closed and we all spent some time on it. Apparently I am VERY unbalanced-causing the game to add 12 years to my age--OH NO

It was fun and since Brandon really liked it I'm sure he will encourage me to do it. I had to make him stop now and finish his homework--yes it is 11. We got carried away the first time. My husband really liked it and has a ton to lose-so thanks for giving it the thumbs up--hopefully we will keep at it.

I haven't watched the news much this week-end-what's the lastest with the flu?
