Anyone have a 5/6 year old girl or 7 year old boys? My kids make friends very easily, but it would be fun for them to have someone to "look out for" in the Oceaneer's Club.

Hi Everyone!

Some more crazy days in our life the past few days.

We got the call we were hoing not to get from DD's doctor. Unfortanatly there is more wrong with her immune system then we thought. We will be meeting with the immunologists this week. *sigh*

Yesterday Brooklyn worked another job on a music video. It was for Darius Rucker (aka Hootie from Hootie and Blow Fish). She had a great time!

Here is a picture of Brooklyn, her pretend mom, her pretend friend and "Hootie".

I will be updating the website today. I am so happy that more people are adding to the roll call!!!!

Ok I think that is all for now....have I missed anything over the last few days???

Oh I almost forgot. We are working out one detail with the group brunch and we will be all set. Unfortunatly we have been playing phone tag. I will let you know this AM when it is all taken care of.

We will be traveling with you. Could we be added to the roll? I've been keeping up with everyone on the thread, but I've just had the time to post. DH and I are both teachers and we are trying to make it through to the end of the year. Only 6 more days with the students for me! I teach high school.....enough said!

We are DVC owners at OKW and VERO so we are at WDW 4-5 times a year. This will be our 5th Disney Cruise and we are SUPER excited!! We have been planning this trip since last July when we rebooked onboard the Wonder. My DM will be traveling with us. She has only been on a 3-day cruise in the past. This is a celebration cruise for us as my DH and I have just obtained a graduate degree from UGA! Go DAWGS! I earned my Masters and my DH earned a Specialist degree.

So, if you could, add us to the roll. Here's who we are:

We are in 2 Cat 6 connecting cabins on Deck 6 aft. We leave 3 weeks from tomorrow to go to WDW for a few days prior to heading to the Port.

Hey Everyone,
Had my first root canal ever on Mon. Most excellent endodontist with the best bedside manner and a HUGE WDW fan! They haven't cruised yet, but go almost yearly to WDW like us. Anyway, he did not see any infection, just imflammation, so the mystery continues. I am not feeling like myself yet, but feel 1000% better than I did Sat when I went to the ER and was admitted. I'm still on antibiotics but face and neck swelling is markedly decreased. Still waiting for the cat scratch fever test to come back. Mono was reactive meaning I had it in the past (and didn't know it).
I am getting so excited about this cruise!!!! We are going to start planning and packing this weekend (and shopping - good sales for Memorial Day, I'm sure!!!!) After WDW, we are going to MD to visit family and are thinking of a short trip to Ocean City (my kids have never been there). Also, a show or two in NYC is in the works (both of my kids LOVE musicals!) so another added trip! DH is going to meet up with us in MD to go tour the Naval Academy in Annapolis for DD. Actually DS is now considering going there too. That's the great thing about the east coast - you can drive 3 hours and go thru 3 different states. Here in TX, it takes you 3 days to get out of TX going west!

Actually DS is now considering going there too. That's the great thing about the east coast - you can drive 3 hours and go thru 3 different states. Here in TX, it takes you 3 days to get out of TX going west!

Hey Everyone Thanks for concerns about Dad he is super hard headed as Holley posted earlier! I gave him GI dr info and told him he must make an appointment since he has had many issues over the years and no one in our little hometown to follow up... With Lance's many problems with Health I am so glad we ended up near Duke and UNC for care!!!!

Sinnika glad to hear you are doing better and I also will attempt some packing this weekend!!!

Stephanie hope everything is going well and PM me if you wanna chat about immune stuff since Lance has a few more years dealing with issues

Everyone I am sooooooooo ready for this trip and ofcourse my DH is calling me obssessed but oh well


Earlier someone asked about dressing up on PIRATE NIGHT.... Why YES YES YES...... That is so much fun and when are other times where you get to dress like that and be considered a sane individual

Welcome Lori! this is a great group. congrats on your degrees. My sister and her family live in Marietta, and both my niece and nephew went to UGA. They've been trying hard to turn my daughter into a dawg fan, but she's staying loyal to the Buffaloes (We're from colorado).

Everybody else, hang in there. Seems like the group has had soooo many family health issues. My prayer is for a healthy cruise, and a cruise free of worry about those who aren't cruising. sometimes it seems impossible to get both - if my daughter is in a good place, then I or someone in my family is struggling. or vis versa. Anyway, we all need major pixie dust for the next month!!!!

My mom would love to have a roomie! She's been trying to find someone to go with her.....Actually, she had asked her sister to go but sadly she suddenly passed away due to a brain aneurysm (sp?) in January. So, mom's on her own. But she needs a break from reality so it will be nice for her.

Well, it's getting pretty sad at my bank this week, I don't work in a branch, but in the back office area, and probably 90% are getting laid off. Alot of emails coming out today expressing their sadness at leaving a company that they have worked at for years. I'm a little sad also- I have worked with my group for 4 years, and most I will probably never see again.
