5th person at CBR?

Please note that even if you try to sneak a fifth person in, you will not have a room key for that fifth person, and you will be required to show room keys for early entry.

Perhaps a better idea would be to switch to the POR, where you can have a fifth person on a trundle bed in the room.

It sounds like you already have your mind made up. The rules state 4. The other option is POR.

You are going to get many opinions but I don't think you will find someone post that they got caught. They wouldn't want to admit that WDW does watch.

Disney sets an occupancy limit for each room for a reason- I think its for safety and for the reason that foodcourt and pools can only hold so many people comfortably. I'm also sure they want each person in a room to be accounted for in case of an emergency.

If each room at CBR snuck in one extra person that would be over 2,000 more people unaccounted for and using the resorts facilites! :earseek: -Steph

I am sure I will get flamed for this but I'll ask anyway. What would people do if heaven forbid something happened at a resort like a fire, accident? How do you tell them there was a extra person and they are missing or had an accident?

At least if you are honest and tell them the correct amount of people you have some recourse.

But then I am sure someone will tell me that WDW needs to be responsible even for those that were there without WDW's knowledge.

I think that if 5 in a room is a problem for people they need to let WDW know and maybe someday they will have a value or moderate that sleeps 5.

we had a fifth in a cbr room, and wdw (or at least cbr desk and mousekeeping staff) knew it, because we told them, and they brought us a rollaway (for $15/night)

at the time it was dh/i, dd 6yo and ds 4yo (not in a pack 'n play) and we were there for nine days and around the 7th day my 18yo niece joined us, we told them she was there and requested a rollaway... i did not know about occupancy limits at the time, so it did not occur to me to stay elsewhere due to her 2 night visit... nor would it ever occur to me to "sneak" her in...

ergo, moral of my story is, call and ASK!

I agree. If WDW says that it is OK than that is all you have to do. It's not right to just sneak someone else in.

Say the 5th person does not care about early entry, is it still plausible that we could try?

Is this early entry thing in affect the 1st week of December? I went the same time last year and I don't remember EE being offered. Anyone know if it is this year?
