5th Floor Cascades at Sheraton Vistana Resort - Good?

I am leaving for Sheraton Vistana Resort in 2 days and talked to the staff there and they told me I was in the Cascades section on the 5th floor. Is this a good area to be in at this resort? What is it close to in the resort?
