59 Snack Credits Left on Check-Out Day!

Wow, that's a lot gone to waste!

We do deluxe dining.
OUr first couple trips had about 10 credits left - used those for Mickey rice crispie treats to bring home for my friend and her daughter.

Now... we really have 0 left on our recent trips. Guess we've just gotten wiser on how much stuff you really can use them on!

if that was me with all of those snacks left over, I think I would pay it forward and give them to someone else that would be really fun!!

Just before we headed on the ME bus on our Christmas trip, we saw a single father with his two daughters ready to pay for their qs meal at Pop. We had 3 meal credits left and happily paid for their dinner. He was of course a bit confused, but the CM assured him it was legit. He and the girls were very appreciative and we left with a great feeling--everyone won!

As for the idea of leaving snack credits, I'd rather take home some treats to nibble on and give to family, than waste them. On our HM I got really sick and was sleeping in the room several days, so we didn't get a chance to use all the snack credits. On the last day, I picked up tons of treats and either gave them away to family or enjoyed them myself(H is not a sweet eater at all).

The best place to use snack credits is at the food and wine festival at Epcot.
New England Lobster Roll ($7.25) one snack credit
Kielbasa and Potato Pierogies with Caramelized Onions and Sour Cream ($5.00) one snack credit
Seared Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Purèe and Mango Barbecue Sauce ($4.75) one snack credit
Nürnberger Sausage in a Pretzel Roll ($4.25) one snack credit

That was me...54 credits left after a 12 day trip with 3 of us. We brought home 6 mickey rice crispy treats and 4 chip and dale mickey goldfish snacks..left 44 credits and 3 TS meals behind!

If you think that was bad, 6 of us went in 2008 and we left over 90 snack credits on the cards!!!

I would have used them and then passed them out to passer bys as long as they lasted!
