You can view that on Disney's website. There is a calendar there and when you click the date it lists the specials.

but it looks like:

Sat. 2/28 - 8:00
Tues. 3/2 - 7:00

We were there a couple weeks ago and I specifically did MK on Tuesday so we could see that parade. Funny though, by the time it came we were "paraded" out so ended up doing Adventureland with NO lines. which to me was even better.
