Hi, I am writting from Spain.

We want travel to Disneyland, but also we want enjoy 50th anniversary. Our travel is schedule for October 2006.

I have read, that 50th anniversary is for 17 months long, but also I have read 18 months.

Are you sure about 50th anniversary finish ?

End of September 2006 or End of October 2006 or Early October 2006?
When is the exactly date ?

Thank you.

The celebration will last through the beginning of November. It's 18 months, so Nov 5th, 2006 it'll end.

Just to add- It may end by that date, but Disney has been advertising that the end date is September 30, 2006, so I would play it safe & plan vacation before that date.

btw -- Asturias, patria querida ;) & bienvenido al DIS :sunny:

I wonder what the next big celebration will be - we're starting to plan our December 2006 trip to WDW to see our children march in the parade with their high school marching band...

Gracias Mary Jo. :wave2: :wave2: (& iceskatejen :) )

I have written to Disney, but they say me: "We don't know" :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

In the presentation they say: "18 months", then logically, the end would be Nov 5th, but Mary Jo. (dices que Disney ha anunciado oficialmente el 30 de Septiembre, y que ante la duda anticipe mis fechas, pero me gustaria tambien coincidir en Halloween, en fin, seguiremos investigando.)

Thank you to all. (and sorry mi spanish words :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 It's so difficult for me write in English :guilty: :guilty: )
