50's PTC server suggestion?

Looking for advice on which waitor/waitress would be good to request at 50's PTC? We've been a few times and LOVE the food there, but have had only "OK" servers. Never anyone who really got into character.

Any suggestions?

Our waiter at PTC didn't get into it much either until we started playing.... like putting our elbows on the table, etc. We had 2 little ones, so maybe he thought it wasn't appropriate until we started encouraging it.
