Pretty close- H&V is just around the corner from the "Main Street" and this place is a little after H&V, but before Indiana Jones.

Everything in DHS is about a 5 minute walk from the front gate. It's a small park!

Put me down as a vote for the fried chicken. I think it's two pieces (breast and a wing or leg quarter), but, don't hold me to that.

Best deal is to get a milkshake or malt with your dinner, then not order dessert....then you have fixed them good!

We have never been to the 50sPT but we plan on going this trip. Already made my ADR. I know from my circle of friends that the pot roast and meatloaf come highly recommended. This PB&J milkshake I keep hearing about has me intrigued.:goodvibes

Yes, they have the PB&J shake. There are 3 pieces to the fried chicken dinner. You can also ask for corn if you don't like the green veggie that comes with the meal.

I love the pot roast!

I can't believe no-one has mentioned the fried cheese app. (Uncle Dale our waiter recommended it last time, and we loooooved it), trust me, order it. I also usually get the pot roast and s'mores for dessert.

Just made my ADR's for our dinner a couple of days ago. LOVE the fried cheese!!! I hate I'll have to pay for it OOP this time, but sometimes you just have to make a sacrifice :rolleyes1 The fried chicken was AWESOME, too!

The fried chicken comes with 3 pieces - one breast and 2 smaller pieces. Hubby and I always split this. Love it!

By the way, the portion (and the price) are identical at lunch or dinner.

The fried chicken is awesome! They also have a chocolate peanut butter shake that is to die for - tastes like a Reese's! :thumbsup2

Definitely the fried chicken and pot roast.

Remember to eat everything on your plate and mind your manners (no elbows on the table).

It was the best time that we have ever had at a Disney restaurant! :thumbsup2

I've had the fish sandwich several times and it was quite good. Plus, there are no veggies to worry about.

I was wondering if you could have the fried cheese for your meal on the dining plan. Also wondering if you could get the fish sandwich at dinner. I do not eat meat and I am not sure if I will like the stuffed pepper. What is in the stuffed pepper?princess: TIA.

We love the fried chicken...you can order just white meat and they give you 2 breasts and a wing...sooo good

OMGoodness! I hope they don't make you eat all of that chicken and everything else on the plate! That's a crazy amount of food! LOL I guess I had better order my milkshake with my meal so I won't be told to eat all my food so I can have dessert.

Another meatloaf lover here. I want to try the fried chicken, but I can never resist the meatloaf :goodvibes .

Love Love Love the smores... beware the fried chicken comes with collard greens and I have a picture of our "aunt" trying to shovel them into my terrified teenager's mouth!!! My other daughter heard the veggie rumors and planned ahead and ordered her dinner without anything green on the plate!
