Well I dont consider us a large party but it will be 4 adults and 2 kids. I called and was able to get an ADR for the first w/e in June but the Cm said that they dont have tables that fit the 6 of us so i could choose between a 4top and a 2top or 2 4tops, well i did the latter.

Has anyone that has been (we have never been, have always done sci fi instead) tell me if we will be able to sit together. We dont want to sit far apart and I cant imagine they cant push together a couple of tables??? Any thoughts?? I may decided to cancel and book elsewhere as the whole idea of our trip is to acutally enjoy our meals together..lol....
anyone?

Hmmmm - when we went it December we had 5 people and we were seated at a table with an empty place on it - I guess they have changed the seating configuration:confused3 .

I have seen parties of eight seated at two tables in the same little area. The server worked both tables and although the tables weren't touching each other, the server would call over to the other table and tell one of the diners, "hey - cousin so and so just told me that your napkin fell out of your lap and you didn't pick it up!". It helped them stay "connected". It does not seem that they can push together tables because a lot of them are connected to the walls of the restaurant or use banquets for seating. Still, the servers work hard to keep you feeling "together".

I'm pretty sure you all would be able to sit in the same small area without a problem. The restaurant is a lot of fun - try it!:thumbsup2

We've done "nine" at the Prime Time the past two years and it has not been a problem. (We did get our ADR's in at the 180 day window). We are doing "ten" this year and had no trouble when putting in the ADR. We have always sat together.

Although I have no eaten at PT, last year when making ADR's for 9 people, I was told that out of the 3 restaurants we would only be seated together at 1 of them. HOWEVER, when we arrived, we were seated together at all 3! We were pleasantly surprised!:cloud9: I would think this would be the case for you too!

I made a ressie for 8 this Oct and we're suppose to sit together. I find that the CMs who make ressie don't really know much of anything. They all say different things.

I made an ADR for 8 at 6:30 and then wanted to change to an earlier time and was told they did not have anything except 4:00 so I took that because we want to go see Fantasmic at 8:30. She had something for 5:20 but said we may not sit together. This gave me the impression that they have tables for 8. Does anyone know if this is true or will I be at 2 tables of 4. I guess if she only has 6 they would not give out a big table for 8 ..right?

we were a group of 8 this november and all sat together. I have a ADR for Aug and the 10 of us are sitting together. Many times when I had to take a ADR for 2 tables we wind up getting one table.. Some people dont show up for their times, some show up late...so things are always changing. Try to get there early(or even one in your group) to check in and asked to be seated together it probably will work out

Thanks you guys, I had a feeling she was wrong or that it as poissible somehow but since we havent eaten there wasnt sure of the setup, we will just get there early and play it by ear and hjope for the best, :)

There are probably not any 6 top tables left for that date/time. We're doing 10 there the same week, but we called a few months ago to make our ADRs. I know I called a few weeks ago to get a Le Cellier lunch and the CM said she didn't have any 5 top tables left (what we needed) but she could seat us at 2 tables.
