502 Command locally disabled--computer question?

Has anyone gotten this error message when drying to send an email? I have been getting it off and on for the past couple days. What should I do about it? It isn't sending my emails.

You should contact the administrator of your SMTP (email) server -- typically that's your Internet service provider.
