$50 onboard credit for Disney visa

Is it likely to continue for 2005 cruises? I booked my January cruise with Costco. I was told to watch my statement for the new offer. I do not use my Disney visa much. I called to cancel the card today. The service rep told me they had the program for over two years now and the new offer usually comes out in November? Is that true? Would it be too late for me anyways if it comes out in November? I'd have to pay the rest 90 days before sail, right?
